Digital service nature
Signal-lite provides access to real-time analytical tools, data feeds, and signal generation. Because the service is delivered digitally and consumed immediately, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date and will not be charged again.
Refund exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error, or if a technical failure on our side prevented you from using the service for a sustained period, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review each request individually and, where appropriate, issue a prorated or full refund at our sole discretion.
No refund for market losses
Trading losses, unfavorable signal outcomes, or market volatility are not grounds for a refund. Signal-lite is an analytical tool, not an investment guarantee.
